how do you ship my order?

domestic shipping

all orders ship via united states postal service priority mail. we are located in seattle, washington. if you are elsewhere, please be patient and estimate shipping time like this: from the time you place your order, it will probably take us a day or two to pack it up. then we take it to the post office. from there, it shouldn't take more than a week to ten days to travel through the mail to you. if you don't have your order two weeks (14 days) after you place it, email us at customerservice@productapparel.com with your order number so we can research the reason it has not arrived and get it to you.

large orders of multiple pieces may be shipped via fedex ground. If we ship using fedex, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

international shipping

we will ship internationally, but it will incur an addtional charge and will take extra time to get your order to you. Please contact us at customerservice@productapparel.com for rates and transit times.

what if my item is backordered?

if you order an item that is backordered, we will email you and let you know. the rest of your order will be shipped out immediately and we will then give you the option of either refunding the price of the backordered item or shipping it to you as soon as it comes in. we try to keep all items in stock, but we can't always have everything in stock and sometimes the web smurfs don't update the availability on the website as fast as you place orders.

how do I return an item?

we want you to like the stuff you buy. period. we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unwashed, unworn merchandise in resaleable condition within 30 days of your order being placed. if you have concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@productapparel.com. be sure to include your order number, name, contact information, and a description of the issue. we will respond as soon as humanly possible and we'll work something out. ok? ok.
